About me
- Can I live with other cats? No - Edie is a not a fan of the other cats within the cattery. She will often hiss & make herself very small when they walk past her cabin. Stevie does not seem to mind the others but we would like to respect Edie's wishes, in that she is content with being in a home with just her son & no other animals.
- Can I live with dogs? No - Both cats have never lived with a dog before, they are quite frightened around them.
- Can I live with teenagers? Yes
- Can I live with young children? Yes
- Do I have any medical issues? Yes - Stevie is currently being treated for a cat bite that he received before arriving to the Sanctuary. The wound had become infected, therefore he is now on a week's course of antibiotics. The course is due to finish on Friday 14th February. Stevie must wear a fabric cone at all times at the moment, in order to stop him from licking the wound. The Vets have advised that it should clear up after the course is finished. The team are keeping a close eye on him! He has been an absolute superstar throughout the treatment.
- Can I live as an indoor cat? No - Both cats have always had access to the outdoors & are used to a cat flap.
This loving inseparable pair are on the look out for a new home. They were brought into the Sanctuary due to a sudden change in their home life circumstances.
Both cats are extremely friendly & brimming with confidence.
They are both very respectful of each others space. Considering they have come from a large home to a small cabin, there has been no fighting between them, not even over food. They are truly a perfect match.
They adore a cuddle & both have a very chilled out nature!
