About me
- Can I live with other dogs? Yes - Toto has met a few dogs whilst at the Sanctuary. He could potentially live with another of a calm nature. He tends to ignore other dogs whilst on a lead walk & is very good at checking in with his handler.
- Can I live with teenagers? Yes
- Can I live with young children? No - 16+ - Toto has only ever lived in an adult only home. He is not used to young children.
- Do I have any medical issues? No - Toto is missing the tip of his right ear. This was sadly from a grooming accident within his last home. The wound has now fully healed & is not a cause for concern.
- Can I live with cats? Yes - Toto lived with a cat in his previous home. Please note - we can only accept applications from households where the resident cat HAS lived with a dog before, without issue.
- Am I good on the lead? Yes - Toto is a pleasure to walk. He much prefers to go on a lead walk than being off lead in our enclosed paddock. He loves exploring & has a lot of energy for a senior dog.
Despite Toto’s amazing character, he has found himself without a home to call his own.
Toto has a heart full of love & the spirit of a two year old! He cannot wait to bring companionship to one lucky family.
He came into our care as his owner was physically unable to care for him anymore. We can tell that he is missing daily cuddles & a lap to sleep on. He is not too bothered by other animals, he is all for his hoomans!
Although Toto is 11, he adores exploration & adventures. A family that can provide him with plenty of sniffy walks & accompany him to a local cafe for a pup cup every now & again, would be perfect for him.
