Who We Are

All Creatures Great and Small Animal Sanctuary based in South East Wales has been serving the community since 1992. The sanctuary operates a programme of rehabilitation and re-homing of injured, abused, unwanted and orphaned animals. The annual running costs of the sanctuary amount to £360,000. We also rely on public donations of blankets, sheets, towels, cat and dog food.

We appreciate that everyone is going through a difficult time due to the consequences of the C-Virus. We rely soley on public donation and our usual sources of revenue are significantly affected due to the current measures which are in place.
We have had to cancel scheduled fundraising events; the places where our collection boxes are located are also very quiet, and visitor numbers are low in our charity shops. We have also had to close the sanctuary to the general public all of which results in a a significant reduction in much needed funds. .
Our charity shops are still open for now so we would encourage you to pay them a visit.
Alternately if you are able to make a contribution to the cost of caring for all our lovely animals, this would be appreciated.
We know that times are hard for people, but any donation, however small, will be gratefully received.

Thank you for all your support.

Urgent Appeals!

After careful consideration, we have made a decision to close the sanctuary to general public access due to the risks posed by the Coronavirus. We have a small workforce of staff and volunteers who we have to keep safe and well to look after all our wonderful animals.

We will still be searching for forever homes for our animals. Our re-homing criteria can be found on the website. Please contact us if you are interested in re-homing. Visits to meet and greet the animals will be strictly by appointment. We will be seeking re-assurance that neither you, or anyone you have been in contact with, are suffering from any symptoms of the Coronavirus.

Pre-adoption home assessments will also still take place, but again reassurance is required regarding any potential contact or symptom of the Coronavirus.

We are still taking in animals, but again this is subject to re-assurance regarding contact or symptom of the Coronavirus.

We would ask that people are honest with us.

We will keep matters under review and will continue to provide updates.

On behalf of all the animals, staff and volunteers at All Creatures, thank you for all your understanding and support.
